ACKON Europe is based in Germany, with its head office in Berlin. The company name as well as the trade marks are taken over from ACKON International Inc. Toronto, Canada and given to ACKON Europe on a contractual basis. The founder and managing director is Mr. Peter Bennhardt.

The ACKON Real Estate management solution is unique and trend setting and considers both sides, the satisfaction of buyers and sellers of Real Estate and the success of its independent Franchise Partners and its Real Estate Agents.

  Principally ACKON is a management franchise. Although it can be run as a one or two person business, where you seek instructions, market and sell property yourself, its true potential lies in expanding the business through recruiting, supporting and motivating self-employed Real Estate Agents who, in effect, run their own business with your back-up and guidance. Importantly, this enables Franchise Partners to build their business without increasing overheads.

  ACKON Franchise Partners retain a percentage of commissions on all sales from there independent Real Estate Agents.
